.22 short rimfire with a 3-3/16" barrel. These revolvers were manufactured from 1868 to 1881. It is a 6” blued finish, spur trigger, sevens hot, single action, tip-up revolver with bird’s head rosewood grips. This example is in the much scarcer factory blue finish. Frame retains approximately 75% of the original factory bright blue finish, while the cylinder and barrel are a smooth blue-brown patina. Operation is flawless. Bore is excellent. Grips are near mint.
