Caliber .22 R.F., Barrel length 25", Manufactured 1919-1932. The barrel on this rifle is stamped 19-NRA and chambered for the .22 long rifle cartridge only. The barrel and frame are one piece, retaining virtually all of the original factory blue finish. The rifle sports a target hooded globe front sight that shows some minor wear to finish. It features a fully adjustable aperture rear target sight and a polished bolt. The stock has a straight comb, pistol grip, with no checkering and remains in near mint original condition with a hint of wear at forward pistol grip, a couple of very minor bumps, retaining the majority of the original finish. The serrated steel butt plate retains 98% original blue. Has a mint bore and action and comes with 1 original magazine. It is equipped with the original swing swivels and is housed in its original 2 piece cardboard box with the Savage Model 19 end label and is numbered to gun.
