Italian, circa 1926. Jointed 400 Series felt doll with molded head. Lovely face with brown painted side-glancing eyes, curly light brown mohair wig, and closed mouth with lip shading. Wearing lovely original organdy and felt dress with flower decoration, organdy undergarments, stockings and leather shoes, and wide-brimmed felt hat. Shown in a 1926 Lenci Catalog to be a portrait of Anili Konig, Lenci's daughter. Blue ribbon UFDC Kansas City 2004. Soil and wear on hat. Some holes on back of stockings.
