German, circa 1900. Boy is papier-mache with painted features, mohair wig and is jointed at shoulders and hips. Wearing vintage clothing. Girl is all-bisque with illegible mark, round pouty face, inset dark glass eyes, original mohair wig and plaster pate, and is jointed at shoulders and hips with bare feet and vintage cotton outfit. Girl has uneven tinting on leg and wig pulls.
