German, circa 1910. Incised "Simon & Halbig 1488". Bisque socket head with blue sleeping eyes, closed mouth, brown human hair wig with long waves, refinished jointed toddler body is a gray color, cute cotton dress, vintage undergarments, new shoes. Part of face has a shiny coating of substance which is visibly peeling and seems that it can be removed. No repairs or damages to the bisque, but speckling on cheek and surface line at one temple.
Condition: (Good).
