.30-38 centerfire with a 3-1/2" barrel. This is a .38, close top, five shot, double action, folding hammer and factory nickel plated. The revolver exhibits the distinctive factory engraving associated with the Merwin revolvers and sports a beautiful pair of original aged ivory grips. This revolver needs attention to the mechanics as the hammer will not cock. Gun retains approximately 60% of the original factory nickel with traces of case colors on hammer and 30% blue on trigger guard. The gun is in original condition with a fine bore. With a little attention to the mechanics it would be a fine deluxe Merwin.
