.30 WCF caliber with a 20" barrel. Manufactured in 1919. Offered is your standard classic pre-war Model 1894 Saddle Ring Carbine in .30 caliber. Features a 20" barrel, full magazine, gum wood stock and carbine buttplate. Has the standard post front sight and a replaced Marble's rear sight, original saddle ring and stud. The barrel retains approximately 85% original factory blue with some light freckling. Tube retains approximately 40% original blue starting to thin. Frame is basically gun metal grey. Wood is very good. Butt stock is slightly shy to metal. There is a 3/4" closed crack on right wrist. Action is perfect. Strong rifled bore could use cleaning.
