.22 W.R.F. caliber with a 24" barrel. Manufactured in 1927. This is a standard rifle in all respects. The original finish is a lovely soft brown patina with some light freckling and gun metal grey mixed in. It has the full octagon barrel with the original sporting front and rear sights. It has the standard walnut stock set with grooved forend and rifle butt. The forend is all original, in excellent condition, with no cracks retaining most of its original finish. The butt stock is in excellent solid condition, slightly shy to metal with a 1/2" sliver missing at wrist. It has been refinished with a concave area in the center of the left side. Fine action. Strong rifled bore that is frosted. This should make a fine shooter.
