American, circa 1940s. Embossed Effanbee on torso, composition head with lashed blue flirty eyes, closed mouth, original human hair wig, original pink organdy dress, panties, shoes and socks, straw hat, with gold Effanbee wrist tag "I am Honey" with little rubber curlers. Light crazing.
Condition: (Excellent).
