German, circa 1924. Fully marked on head, "C 1924 by E.I. Horsman Co., Inc. Made in Germany". Blue sleeping eyes, original mohair wig, jointed shoulders and hips, and swivel neck. All correct body parts. Wearing original undergarments and Horsman pin.
