Serial number is 303255, caliber is 30-06, barrel length is 24". Manufactured in 1954. Utilizing a Winchester model 70 barrel action produced in 1954 this rifle has been custom restocked. The barrel and frame retain the majority of the expertly reapplied blue finish. There are no previsions on barrel for either front or rear sight. Sports a beautifully executed custom high gloss walnut stock with Monte Carlo comb and contrasting black forend and tip cap. There is a black rubber recoil pad and sling eyes installed. A Weaver K4-C3 scope is mounted with Weaver rings. There is a brass inset plaque on bottom of stock with previous owners initials. The wood remains in near mint condition as custom built. Has a fine bore and action. Handsome and quality custom hunting rifle.
