These were manufactured in Philadelphia, but have no maker's stamp. They were tooled models made of brass, steel and iron, and replicate the type of guns found on battleships during the second World War. Measures 24" in length, 8-1/4" in height, measures as a 10 bore and appears to fully functional with elevation, loading, etc. Do not know the cartridge.
