Includes original box. Box has nice colorful label on the front showing train. Box does have some creasing and tearing and tape on the corners. Box has the cardboard inserts and some track. Train is American outline clockwork engine with removable cow catcher. Has a key. Four wheel tender and three tow tone tin litho passenger cars. Some general scratching to engine cab and wear to car roofs.
