This lot includes a baby in cradle napkin ring. Marked James W. Tufts; #1620. Rockers are bent at the edges and three of the little balls that are supposed to top the finials are missing. Silver loss, but this is an adorable napkin ring that can be fixed by a silversmith. Plate 636. Another one consists of a small owl that rests on a branch and leaves in front of napkin holder. Silver loss otherwise, good condition. Marked #112. Plate 292. There is also a small winged cherub atop napkin holder which is balanced by two leaves on each side. No manufacturer's mark or number. Silver loss but in good condition. There is a large horseshoe in front of napkin holder. No manufacturer's mark or number. Condition is good, but this ring is of more recent vintage. There is also a beautiful, heavily embossed napkin holder decorated with Japonaiserie is fastened by leafy scrolled braces. Engraved "Esther Kasper." The rectangular raised base features sloped ends and is decorated with the same motifs. Marked Rockford Silver Plate Co., #102. Silver loss. The napkin holder is a bit out-of-round. Otherwise, good condition. Plate 619. Finally, there is a large rosebud that hangs from a stem with three leaves on both sides of a heavy napkin holder. Arched branches with leafy scrolls form a raised base. No manufacturer's mark or number. Engraved "Josie." Some silver loss; otherwise good condition. Plate 503.
