This lot includes matching winged cherubs that are seated on each side of a ball footed base with a scalloped edge. The ends of the napkin holder are flared and formed in scallops at the edges. Marked Wilcox Plate Co., #01536. Some silver loss/tarnish, otherwise in good condition. Plate 428. There is also a fluffy dog that sits on his hind legs in front of the napkin holder. Condition is good, but this napkin ring is of more recent vintage. Next is a fox that walks around a bush under the napkin holder. On rectangular stepped base that is marked Derby Silver Co., #364. Napkin holder is engraved "Will." Condition is very good. Plate 116 - right. In addition, there is a dapper young man wears a waistcoat, cutaway coat, neck ware tied in a bow, knickers and a top hat. He is standing in front of napkin holder on a round ball footed base with decorative edging. Marked Wilcox Silver Plate Co. No number. Condition is good, but this napkin is of more recent vintage. There is also a young barefoot boy who resembles a Tom Sawyer type, stands with his hands in his pockets. The rectangular base is decorated with an acanthus leaf border. Silver loss, otherwise condition is very good. Marked Barbour Silver Co., #8. Next is a small horse on hind legs on fancy oval cut out base by napkin holder supported by a ball. No manufactures mark or number. Unfortunately, the horse's tail is broken off and there is silver loss. Finally, there is some of military man with right arm upraised stands in the center of a horseshoe in front of napkin holder. No manufacture's mark or number. Silver and condition are good.
