This lot includes a kookaburra, a bird native to Australia, sits on perch next to napkin holder. Marked EPNS (electroplated nickel silver) #190. Not an American ring, but good condition. Plate 185. There is also an Australian napkin ring with a kangaroo, an emu and a boomerang. No markings. Good condition. Next is a low oval napkin holder with kangaroo beside it. Marked EP Co. Sydney. Obviously not American, but good condition. There is also a small llama that stands next to napkin holder. It is marked ,but difficult to read. Not an American ring, but good condition. There is also a scalloped edged leaf decorated with three flowers and a stem handle support napkin holder on a short pedestal. Marked Toronto Silver Plate Co., #1145. Silver loss, otherwise condition is good. Plate 501. In addition, there are two Oriental fans that support the napkin holder under which is a butterfly. All mounted on a square ball footed base. Marked Meriden B. Company, #208. There is gloppy solder under each fan. They probably became detached and were poorly repaired. Plate 487-right. Next is an Oriental fan that rests in front of the napkin holder. Three ball feet and the handle of the fan support the napkin holder. Marked Pairpoint Mfg. Co., #3. Plate 490. In addition, there is a long tailed bird that rests on the stem of a large leaf, it's tips creating the feet. The napkin holder sits on the leaf. Marked Meriden B. Company, plate 209. Silver loss, otherwise condition is good. Next is a hummingbird that rests on perch by napkin holder on a rectangular footed base with chamfered corners. Marked on a coin, Eureka Silver Co. No number. Silver loss, otherwise in good condition. Finally, there are two Kate Greenaway type boys that hold hands in front of napkin holder on round ball footed base with decorative edging. Marked New Haven S.P. Co., #379. Silver loss/tarnish. Otherwise, good condition, but probably of more recent vintage.
