This lot includes a squirrel with nut on very fancy decorated base. The same fancy decoration is on the napkin holder which rests on a small pedestal. Marked on a coin Acme Silver Co., #98. Silver and condition are good. Next is a small fox which is on a base made of leaves and grape clusters. A stem extends up the side of the napkin holder with more leaves and grapes. The fox is reaching for those grapes. Marked Middletown Plate Co., #106. Condition and silver are good. There is also a typical chick on a wishbone. Has the added ornaments of a footed scroll edged base and a large chicken foot off to the side."Best Wishes" is engraved on the napkin holder which has scrolled edge that matches the round base. Marked Wilcox Silver Plate Co., #4392. Silver and condition are good. Plate 264. Next is a large flower with leaves adorn this napkin holder, which rests on an oval three tiered base. Marked Wm Rogers Mfg. Co., #4. Condition is good. There is also a Kate Greenaway type boy that stands atop octagonal shaped bead edged napkin holder. A handle which comes from fancy fretwork on each side of the napkin holder goes overhead the boy. Marked on a coin Eureka Silver Co. #71. Silver loss, but condition is good. Finally, there is a small boy that leaps over a fence alongside octagonal napkin holder on rectangular ball footed base. Marked Meriden B. Company, #308. Very similar to plate 666 - left. This napkin holder may have been replaced.
