Very early and interesting piece, possibly German. Interior stamp "Gebr Buch Warschau", circa 1925. Disassembles into five different pieces. Very unusual tea caddy in the shape of a locomotive, rear compartment of locomotive has water fill and it is full. Caddy tips to the rear, when water is heated it funnels to the front compartment and locomotive tips forward when the tea is ready. Heating unit on bottom fills with oil and can be disengaged from compartment. Beautiful griffin head at the front of the spout. Great crossover item for train collectors!
