.50 caliber, barrel length 36-1/2". Barrel is finished in the white. It has three barrel bands stamped "U" the steel forend tip. The US Springfield lock is dated 1864. The block is dated 1869 with eagle head. The breech plug has an eagle head. Left side of stock has a faint ESA cartouche in oval. Butt plate is stamped "US". While the the stock is in near mint condition, there is some aging to the white metal. Strong clean bore. Action is perfect. An extremely clean Allin conversion.
