4" barrel in .38 Smith & Wesson caliber. This is a pre-war Regulation Police. Features five shot, double action, blued finish, with case colored hammer and trigger, and diamond checkered walnut grips sans medallion. These revolvers were manufactured from 1917 to 1940. The right grip panel is numbered to gun in pencil. Grips are excellent with a couple of minor chips at butt. Revolver retains approximately 95% original blue with a hint of wear at muzzle and high frame edges. Cylinder has light drag line. Strong clean bore. Perfect action.
