Barrel length 24", .38-40 caliber. Standard Winchester Model 1873 lever action rifle with 24" barrel, full magazine, blue finish, walnut stock, with special order smooth steel shotgun butt plate. All metal surfaces are dark brown patina with salt and pepper finish. It is missing the dust cover. Rear sight replaced. Severely damaged tang, screw and left lever screw. Stock is excellent, proud to metal, with usual bumps and bruises. Action fine. Strong rifling but does has abrasions.
