Barrel length 20", .357 magnum. This Winchester Model 1892 began life in 1911. This rifle has been completely customized as follows: a new barrel has been applied, simply stamped "357 mag", a new half magazine, walnut stock in fore-end are carved and refinished. There is a 3/4" chip of wood at right wrist, otherwise very good. Metal retains virtually all of its re-applied blue finish. Barrel band is brown patina. The Williams receiver sight has been added. Mint bore, perfect action. Should be a fine shooting rifle.
