.22 rimfire, barrel length 24". This is a high quality bolt action magazine fed takedown rifle, manufactured by Savage in 1933. It features the pre-war checkered walnut stock, Barrel retains 90% of the original factory blue finish, some light age freckling, front sight removed. Original stock is excellent with no cracks, composite butt plate. Floor plate and trigger guard are freckled blue patina. Sports a period lever. 333 prewar scope and mount. Strong bore and excellent action.
