.33 WCF, Barrel length 22". This big bore Marlin Model 1895 lightweight takedown rifle remains in beautiful, all original, high condition. This model is quite scarce and was only manufactured in 1895-1917. This lightweight rifle was manufactured from 1912-1917 and featured the 22" barrel and 1/2 magazine. Features include: 22" full round barrel, 1/2 magazine, takedown, sporting front and rear sights, case colored frame hammer and lever, walnut stock, Marlin logo shotgun butt plate, with blue barrel and magazine. The barrel and tube retain approx 95% or better original factory blue finish. Walnut stocks are near mint. Top of frame is stamped "Marlin Safety". Tang is stamped "Model 1895". Left side of frame contains approx 40-50% original case colors. Some brilliant. Top of frame retains approx 70% colors. Right side of frame retains approx 10% of case colors. Loading gate retains 70% fire blue. Strong colors on hammer and lever. Even the screws retain generous amounts of fire blue. Strong rifle bore and fine action. Extremely fine and scarce Model 1895
