.65 bore. Barrel length 26-1/4". Interesting early colonial flintlock single shot musketoon features full octagon rifled bore with one piece walnut stock. Has adjustable trigger and no visible marker marks anywhere. Top of barrel flat is stamped Leo Spock. A. Neustat. Heavy rifle has two leaf folding rear sight with dove tail front. Has a heavy brass buttplate with wood sliding piece as found on Jaeger rifle. Brass trigger guard. Cleaning rod is retained by brass thimbles. Barrel is pinned. Wrist and forend are incised. Has small Pennsylvania style cheek piece on left side. Stock has a few dings but overall excellent with original finish and no cracks. Interesting 18th century musketoon or short rifle. In fine condition. The barrel and the lock are grey patina. Strong bore. Hammer does not stay cocked and will need some minor attention.
