Plastic. Lot of three includes Roy Rogers on walking tan horse. Rider is extremely clean with no damage of any kind. Hats and guns are present. Horse is very clean with no damage. Saddle is present. Dale Evans rider is very clean with a few minor rubs to face. Hat is present. Horse has minor scratching and minor discoloration to saddle area. Saddle is present. Bullet the dog is excellent.
