Lovely bisque socket head with smiling expression incised "D", attributed to Bru, with blue paperweight eyes, pierced earlobes, mounted in a separate bisque shoulder plate, which is in turn mounted on a fully articulated wooden body with joints at elbows, shoulders, wrists, hips and knees. This body does not have the typical ball swivel joint at waist nor joints at the ankles. She wears an antique honey colored, human hair wig with braids attached to the top of the head, and has her original chemise underneath the two piece dark blue silk printed dress with small red leather purse attached at the waist and having antique undergarments and antique brown leather side button fashion boots.
