Made by I.Y. Metal Toys (marked on bottom base plate). Rubber on side training wheels could be replacements. Original headlight and license plate marked "1959". Marked "Condor" on fenders. Some scratching and wear throughout especially on arms. Some oxidation to bare metal parts.
