Contractor: National Postal Meter, Barrel length 18", .30 carbine. Barrel stamped "IBM Corp" with proof P and no date. Front sight stamped "NS". Safety stamped "NS". Right side of stock has "NPM" in box. Rear sight is stamped "TN" on right side, "S" on left. It has the Type B 2-rivet deep sight channel hand guard. 75% original phosphate finish. No bayonet lug. No magazine. All correct parts with original finish on metal and wood. Rear sight not staked. No rebuild stamps.
