This trio consists of two very desirable Steiff bears and a handsome Steiff tiger. The first bear is the company's very popular 36cm 1907 Hot Water Bottle bear, produced as an exclusive for North America in an edition size of 3,000 in 2004. This is No. 547. The bear is fully jointed and made from brass colored mohair. He retains his hot water bottle as well as his button and red and white ear tag as his Steiff IDs. The second bear is a vintage-looking 43cm 1906 Teddy, produced as a world-wide exclusive in an edition size of 3,000 in 1994. This is No. 1089. The bear is fully jointed, stuffed with excelsior, and made from blonde mohair. He retains his chest tag, button, and black and white ear tag as his Steiff IDs. The tiger is an impressive 40cm Sumatran, produced for the Smithsonian as a North American exclusive edition of 1,500 pieces in 2002. This is No. 50. The tiger is standing, unjointed, and made from gloriously detailed mohair. He retains his hangtag certificate, button, and red and white ear tag as his Steiff IDs.
