German. Working. Includes one three-wheel parrot that rolls along floor when wound with some green painting on belly that may or may not be factory and one parrot marked on bottom "Made in Germany #659". Second toy has a very unusual mechanism. When wound, parrot spins around perch while cat periodically leaps up and tries to bite his tail and smaller parrot pops out of the other side of the cage.
Condition: (Excellent).
