Caliber .41 Swiss rimfire, Barrel length is 33". This is a Model 1869/71 rifle converted from a Model 69. Loading gate cover has been removed. Matching numbers on frame, barrel, and forend. Stock is stamped "1602", bolt is stamped "84". Front nose cap is stamped "84". Gun features two part walnut stock with checkered forend, sling swivel on butt, missing rod, rear sight adjustable to 1000 yards. Wood is very good to excellent. Right side of butt stock is stamped "5684" (matching). There is some rust corrosion on trigger guard, otherwise balance of metal is a smooth blue -brown patina. Very nice bore. Very good, all matching Model 1869/71.
