Caliber 9mm, Barrel length 4". Manufactured by Mauser for the German military, dated 1940 above chamber. Manufactured from 1939-1940 only. Marked "Gesichert" on left side. "Code 42" stamped on toggle. Features the blued finish and checkered walnut grips. This beautiful pistol has all matching numbers. The back strap has some minor age freckling as does the front strap. Waffenamt stamp can be found on right side barrel and frame. There is a hint of muzzle wear and high edge wear on side plate hump. Has shoulder stock slot on rear grip strap. Grips are excellent but not numbered. Overall factory bluing remains 95% plus. Fine bore and action. Aluminum bottom magazine stamp "122" with Waffenamt "37". Original black holster stamped "bml/41 Waffenamt stamp WaA013" Tool has Waffenamt "133" stamp. One magazine has matching serial #1483. Extra magazine #808 with Waffenamt "63". Beautiful, near mint, all matching, early war, German Luger.
