Caliber 9mm, Barrel length 4”. This is a 1941 dated code “42” model manufactured by Mauser for German military sales. Left side of frame is stamped “Gesichert” left side of frame is stamped “P.08” Pistol remains in phenomenal condition with all matching numbers. The left side of barrel and toggle are stamped with the Waffenamt with four additional Waffenamt stamps on right side. Aside from some light muzzle wear and light wear on left side plate, gun appears nearly new, unfired condition, retaining 98% of the factory finish. Checkered walnut grips are not numbered and are in excellent condition. Magazine has the black plastic bottom, left side is stamped “fxo” with Waffenamt “37” and “P.08”. Bore and action are fine. Comes with a black leather original holster. Stamped “jme 1942-P.08” with Waffenamt stamp “WaA 14”. Has original tool with Waffenamt stamp. Extra magazine has stamp “fxo-P.08-Waffenamt 37”. The holster has a German death head attached to cover. Green verdigris on inside indicates this is a period holster. A beautiful, mid war, Nazi marked, German Luger.
