Caliber .308/7.62 NATO, Barrel length of 19’’. The Beretta BM62 is similar to the BM59 M1 Garand with a flash suppressor and is Italian marked. It very much resembles the M1 Tanker Model Carbine with the short barrel semi- automatic, magazine fed, with the walnut stock and hand guard but has a solid rubber butt plate no trap. Features the phosphate military style finish. The rear frame is stamped “P. Beretta Made in Italy”. This gun is imported by Berben of NY. “SA” stamped bolt. The barrel is stamped “PB” for Beretta Metal. A few spots of high edge wear. Stock is near mint with beautiful grain. Beautiful bore and a perfect action. Comes in the original shipping carton and is accompanied by four magazines.
