This is a 30 W.C.F. with a 20’’ barrel. Winchester produced 69,996 of these special Model 94 Carbines in 1969 to commemorate the driving of the Golden Spike that connected, for the first time, the East and West coasts of America by rail.. This carbine remains in near mint condition in the original box containing the original paper work. It is basically a standard Winchester Model 94 Carbine with the special gold plated frame, barrel bands, butt plate, with a special coin inset on the stock. All other parts are factory blue. The stock is straight grain walnut, oil finish, short forend, and fluted comb.
