Gun A) Caliber .45 Percussion, Barrel length 25”. This contemporary, under hammer, single shot rifle is stamped Hopkins & Allen. Serial #4256. It is a muzzle loading, single shot rifle with blue finish and varnished hardwood stock. Has a knife blade front sight with folding leaf rear. Blued furniture and hardwood stock with black rubber recoil pad. Barrel retains approximately 90% of the blue finish. Frame is blue mixed with brown. Stock has a 2” crack at the wrist. Strong clean bore. Fine working condition. Once the stock is repaired this should make a fine and unusual shooter. Gun B) Caliber .22 bore, Barrel length 22-1/2”. Belgium single shot rifle. Offended referred to as a garden rifle. All metal is brown patina with white paint overspray. Very good stock. Working condition.
