Caliber .32-40 W.C.F., Barrel length is 18". Winchester produced 49,000 special John Wayne carbines in 1981. Special features include a nickel - silver etched framed with large loop, brushed nickel barrel bands, special John Wayne coin on right side of stock, and deluxe oil finish checkered walnut stocks. Other standard features include full round barrel, full magazine, carbine butt plate, sporting sights, and blue finish. This carbine also comes with saddle ring on left side, as well as two original boxes of John Wayne special ammunition. Rifle appears as in new unfired condition, includes paperwork and decorative outer sleeve. (Outer sleeve has some end damage)
