This toy is European, probably French but is unmarked. Hand-paint hubcaps. Original rubber tires. Screw and pressed steel combination construction. Original handle bars and headlight, but has some oxidation and some rust behind headlight. Very primitive looking. This came with and without a side car. Paint chipping to hubcaps.
Condition: (Very Good).
