The first is a Japanese, tin litho car pulling a tin litho Japanese police cycle. Comes with original box with nice color graphics. Box has been wrapped in plastic to protect it. Second one is American made, plastic car pulling a plastic police motorcyclist. The plastic one works. The metal Japanese one the motorcycle has been pulled out to far and the mechanism needs repair. The is some oxidation to bare metal parts and some scratching.
