Flag measures 15" x 23" and is framed under glass. The flag is in an unusual configuration and printed on the flag is "Bull Run 71st New York Volunteer Infantry, Fredericksburg, Chancellorsville, Gettysburg". Circa 1863. There is approximately five holes, the largest being 2" x 2" with some losses to the perimeter especially at the top of the flag.
