One marked "1938 Walt Disney Enterprises", the other marked "Walt Disney Productions" One includes a shovel. One depicts an angry Donald running while his three nephews play musical instruments and the other has them swimming. Some general overall scratching and wear. The swimming one is a little misshapen.
