Circa 1870s. This lot of two uncut 3" x 9" folders was published by the Chromatic Printing Company in Philadelphia during 1874 through 1877. Although the firm proved to be no match for the McLoughlin Brothers in creating quality paper dolls, the thirty known folders it produced are prized by collectors seeking the rare and unusual. "Coz" and "Brother" each have three outfits and three hats. These brightly colored folders have minor wear and are in fine condition.
