Japanese. Tin. Wind-up is working. Marked "King Features Syndicate". Head bobs while toy hops. Metal piece attaches head to the body. Bright and shiny litho. Face is exceptionally clean. Toy has minor overall scratching and wear. Includes scarce original box and bead wheel on bottom. "Mean Man" box is complete and crisp with only a few minor spots of paper loss on one of the larger panels.
