(A) 1850 Militia Sword. Has a near mint fluted bone handle, with brass knights head pommel, brass cross guard with federal shield and elliptical blade. It has a brass and leather scabbard with repaired break in leather. Blade measures 25 - 1/2", overall 31 - 3/4".(B) 1880's U.S. Model 1860 Staff Sword. Manufactured G.W. Simmons of Boston. Diamond etched blade, has turned patina, wire wrapped leather handle with eagle pommel, stand of arms guard with U.S. eagle and clamshell. Scabbard is brass mounted iron. Blade is 29 - 1/2", overall is 35".(C) 1852 Naval Officers Sword. Manufactured by Bresloff of Brooklyn. Has a near mint etched blade with naval motif, gold wash brass guard with USN, shark skin handle with brass wire, has the Navy eagle pommel with sword knot. Has a brass mounted leather scabbard with minor repairs and dent in drag. Blade is 31", overall is 36 - 1/2".
