This store display child has a molded head using Kathe Kruse’s well-loved Friedbald design based on her son, with pensive face featuring beautifully painted brown eyes with real curly upper eyelashes, closed mouth and original blonde human hair wig. Facial painting is original with a few pinhead spots on the forehead and back of the neck. The body is hard stuffed stockinet with minor soil and movable limbs. His blue and white suit is of newer vintage. A rare and seldom seen Kruse!
