An outstanding china head doll with very deep and wide shoulder plate, featuring pink tinted complexion with tapered brown eyebrows and large brown painted eyes with brown eyelash line and red eyelid line, very rosy cheeks and closed mouth with wide lips and antique brown mohair wig. Her antique cloth body has the very distinctive chubby china lower arms (some repair on hands), legs with beautifully molded toes and feet (one leg broken and glued)and the china head appears to be free of any damage. She has layered antique underwear and replaced cotton print dress. Though once considered English, collectors are now attributing this style of doll to the German manufacturer Schlaggenwald. A very outstanding and rarely found doll, especially with her original china limbs!
