This lot consists of three complete Steiff lambs. The first is a 10 cm white Lamby. She is standing, unjointed, and made from white wool plush. She has green and black glass pupil eyes, a red hand embroidered nose and mouth, and airbrushing on her feet and face. Her ears are made from white felt. She retains her original pink bow and bell. This pattern was made post war from 1948-1976 in 10, 14, 17, 22, 28, and 35 cm. She was called Lamb from 1949 to 1954, and Lamby from 1954 through 1976. The second is a 10 cm black Lamby. She is standing, unjointed, and made from black wool plush. Her forehead and tail are made from white wool plush, which has thinned lightly. Her face is detailed with stunning green and black pupil eyes, a red hand embroidered nose and mouth, and black felt ears. She retains her original blue bow and bell. Black Lamby was produced in 10, 14, and 22 cm between 1954- 1956 only, and is quite rare. The third is Floppy Lamby. She is 17 cm, unjointed, lying down, and made from soft white wool plush that has been highlighted with light brown airbrushing on her face and feet. Her nose is hand embroidered in red; her sleeping eyes are hand embroidered in black. Both are highlighted with a touch of pink airbrushing. She has felt lined ears, a very sweet dangling tail, and retains her original pink ribbon. Floppy Lamby was produced overall from 1953-1977 in 17 and 28 cm. Condition: As noted. All are original and complete and in very good to excellent condition.
