Lot includes two Nazi flags. One is torn on the ends and has been inscribed “this flag captured at Salmbach France Dec 14, 1944 from the 48th tank corp and all the surving participants have signed their name. Has some repairs and is torn on one edge. Approx 3 feet tall. Extremely interesting with inscriptions. Second flag aprpox 4-1/2” feet tall and there is an attached note “this flag captured by” with the names of five members of the captured team. two from NJ, two from NY and one from WI. Flag is also signed in pen by the same gentleman on the flag itself. Lastly, we have a rising sun Japanese flag with Japanese characters hand written on perimeter.
