This weapon was adopted by the Royal Navy in May of 1913. It is referred to as the Model 1912 Mark 1. Features a grip safety that was incorporated in 1909. This example was used by the Royal Marines and is stamped RM on the from grip strap. Other features include lanyard swivel and ring. It is a semi- automatic single action magazine fed with blue finish and checkered black composite grips. Pistol saw extensive service during WWI and is extremely scarce due to low production and hard service. This pistol is all original as manufactured with all proper British proof marks. It retains approx. 75% - 80% original high polish finish. Grips are excellent. Action fine, strong bore. This is an excellent example of a very desirable Webley semi -automatic pistol.

CORRECTION: There is a small chip in one of the grips. Model is Mark 1. Caliber 455 Eley.
